Strength Development is a full-body foundational strength workout. The focus is on setting a strong foundation of good technique within a traditional strength training structure. The workouts are for time with tempo guides for certain exercises. Unlike most Les Mills classes, this one is off the beat, which allows us to control whatever weight you choose, which is the recipe for strength building.
This 45-minute strength building workout has new exercises every couple of weeks. Treat this like a workout program meant to take your fitness goals to another level. This program is great for all levels of fitness.
