CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your reservation, lesson, or registration for leagues, events, open play, please observe the following conditions:

COURT RESERVATIONS

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the reservation start time to receive a refund. A link is provided in your confirmation email or you can login to your account and cancel under “My Pickleball Activity”.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time will not be refunded.
Rescheduling a court reservation is not permitted. You must cancel your existing reservation and follow the booking process for the desired date and time.
This reservation confirmation email contains a link to request cancellations and refunds.
All refunds are processed by our payment processor, STRIPE.
Upon completion of the refund process, you will receive an email confirmation.
Gold’s Gym does not directly handle reservation cancellations or refunds.
Hourly court reservations can be booked for a maximum of one time a day for 1-4 hours at a time
Gold’s Gym Unlimited and 4 Session members will abide by court reservation rules per their agreement.

LESSONS

To receive a refund for an a la carte private lesson, you must cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time using the link sent in your confirmation email or by logging into your account and selecting “My Pickleball Activity”. Find the activity and cancel.

LEAGUES:

You must cancel your league registration before the registration closing date for the specific league. Cancellations or withdrawals after the league registration has closed will not be refunded. Once you withdraw or cancel your league registration, you will be removed from the league and your spot will be released to others.

CLINICS:

You must cancel your registration for a clinic at least 24 hours prior to the start date and time to receive a full refund. Cancellations or withdrawals less than 24 hours before the start time will not be refunded.

OPEN PLAY:

For any open play sessions, you must cancel at least 1 hour prior to the start time to receive a full refund. No refunds will be made for no shows or cancellations requested less than 1 hour before the session’s start time.

PICKLEBALL ACTIVITY

It is required that you and all guests check-in and sign the participation waiver at the Gold’s Gym front desk prior to each play session

Bring your own pickleball paddle and ball

Protective eyewear is strongly recommended during play

Only bags and water bottles are permitted in the court area; glass containers are prohibited

Abide by all posted court and gym rules

Parents must always accompany minors between ages 10-15 on the court and minors must be 10 years or older. Ages 10-17 parents must sign a waiver as their legal guardian. Ages 16-17 can play without legal guardian once the waiver is complete.
